Helping people access the medicines they need
The Medicine Project by Daya Charitable Trust supports individuals who cannot afford regular treatment by ensuring access to essential medicines for long-term care.
As part of this initiative, free monthly medicines are supported for organ transplant patients who depend on lifelong medication. Currently, 20 beneficiaries are receiving continuous support, with 72 months (6 years) of uninterrupted care completed.
This initiative reflects the Trust’s belief that recovery does not end with surgery, and that dignity, continuity, and compassion must remain part of healthcare—because survival should never depend on affordability.
